Is OneLineAssist an emergency service?
No. OneLineAssist is not an emergency, medical, legal, or financial service. In an emergency in Australia, always call 000 first. What OneLineAssist does is make sure a worried call never goes unanswered: hard-coded emergency phrases alert family instantly, and if no one picks up it keeps trying backup contacts.
Does it work with the phone mum already has?
Yes. It works with the landline or mobile she already knows. There is no app, no data plan, no passwords, and nothing new to learn. She calls one familiar local number, saved on speed dial or written by the phone.
How does our family stay in the loop?
Every call can alert family on WhatsApp and other instant messaging apps. You get call summaries, backup contacts for when the first person can't answer, and spend caps you control.
What does it cost, and can we change our mind?
The Family Safety Number is A$49/mo and the After-Hours Receptionist is A$99/mo during early access. Both bill monthly through Stripe for Coin Divvy Association, and the price and billing period are always shown before checkout. Message us through the contact form any time to change or cancel a plan.
Who hears the calls?
Calls are answered by the OneLineAssist voice service under hard boundaries: hard-coded emergency phrases, no pretending to be a doctor, human fallback, and an audit trail. Only the family members you choose receive alerts and summaries. The Privacy Policy in the footer explains what we collect and share.
How do we get started?
Choose a plan above, or send an enquiry through the contact form. During early access we configure the first live numbers family by family, and you lock in the current rate while that happens.
